US Flu patterns suggest new A/H1N1 spike over summer months and rising...

US data shows that the 2009 A/H1N1 flu virus has become the dominant flu virus causing influenza-like-illness (ILI)
ILI report rates have increased over the seasonal pattern, with a possibility of higher escalation recently after week 33.
Clearly the H1N1 flu has caused a new spike in ILI (purple bars) over the summer months, way over the usual seasonal pattern (green bars).
